Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Products are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Partial Refund Policy

For eligible returns, we offer a partial refund of 55% of the product’s value. This excludes shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

• Await authorization and follow return instructions provided.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders and perishable goods.
• Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged products only. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Final Sale Items

Clearance and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
